In today’s episode, we talk to the 2014 Hire A Hubby franchisee of the year, Jim Kelly. Jim shares his story of how he came to be a franchisee, what it took to be number 1 and some of his tips for hiring the right team, working less hours in your business and more on your business and ultimately, how to have more time to do the things you love!
