We’ve said it before and no doubt we’ll say it again – one of the key differences between being (and staying) self-employed and on the tools…and running, building and enjoying a true, tradie business is having a great plan.

Before you fall asleep or click away from this post, just remember – great plans don’t necessarily have to be 27 pages long! In fact, some of the best business plans are short, direct, clear and easy to read and implement.  You should be referring back to your plan on a regular basis to make sure you’re on track and more likely to achieve your business and personal goals.
