I think the number one question we are asked by tradies is how do you work with people to drive results and how much does it cost? Great questions! Let’s explore….

At Tradies in Business we have a program called the Tradiepreneur Program and our aim is to take you from where you currently are in business, to a point where you have a business that supports your lifestyle. What does that mean? Well, essentially we spend some time with you early on in the process, to get an understanding of what you are doing this all for. 

Some of us are after flexibility to go watch the kids on sports days, some of us are after holidays or financial freedom and some of us are chasing it all!

There is no right or wrong thing to aim for. 

Once we understand where YOU are at, we help you make your first 90 day business plan and then work with you in various ways to help you execute the work and achieve those first goals. This is repeated each 90 day block.

So how do you work with us during that time? Glad you asked!! It depends on what level of support you’ve identified you require and how quickly you would like to achieve your goals. We currently have clients who have a 3-5 year timespan and others who have 10 years, and then a few who are working on an accelerated timeline. That’s not to say you have to work with us for the whole time it takes you to achieve what you’re setting out to achieve, rather we’ll get you working towards what it is you want and then teach you how to keep going until you’re there. Our program is an initial 12 month commitment. Most of our clients are with us on average of 3 years, however you are not locked in past the 12 month contract period.

The Tradiepreneur program has several levels that work to meet you where you are at financially, within your allowable time frame and to keep you accountable, from traditional one on one coaching with group sessions to keep the support up, all the way to a self paced level that will give you group support and most of the tools necessary to get you where you are going. 

This isn’t a one size fits all program. You can jump in any time with any issues or goals and we work with you to create a plan that is specific to you. Your plan will be different to another person, due to your particular circumstances. 

Just like a tradie should never give an over the phone estimate without understanding what the job entails, we don’t give estimates until we meet with you. As a guide, we have pricing that starts at $1k and heads up through several levels to $3k. Until we have a chat with you, we cannot advise what might be right for your circumstances.

What we can promise though, is that we don’t do pushy. If we think we can help you get the result you are looking for we will talk you through the options available to you, and let you take the time you need to make the right decision for you. 

We won’t railroad you into signing up and we do have clauses in our contract that allow you to leave if you are not getting the value you anticipated. We’re a bit different like that!
