Well, our guest today, Gregory James from Built Environment Building Consultants, is a former builder turned consultant, learned firsthand how it applies to dealing with clients and licensing bodies in the construction industry.

He started swinging hammers back in ’83 as an apprentice with John Holland Pty Ltd. Over the years, he’s worn many hats in the industry, from managing sites to overseeing projects with finesse.

In ’97, Greg took the plunge and started his own gig. But let’s just say, it wasn’t all sunshine and blueprints.
