Each year, conference feels a bit like a reunion. And in 2026, we’re heading to Perth — warm weather, a chance to get away from the routine, and the perfect excuse to turn conference into a little adventure.

Whether this is your first TIB conference or you’ve been to every single one, there’s something powerful about getting in the room together. The laughs, the honesty, the breakthroughs, the random conversations over dinner or a pool table that somehow become the thing that shifts everything.

We’re still finalising the full itinerary, with speaker announcements and session topics to come — but here’s a sneak peek at how the week will look.

Thursday 22nd October

Conference Day 1

8:30am – 4:30pm

A full day of practical sessions, honest conversations, and real-world learning designed specifically for Tradiepreneurs.
Plus member-led workshops, interactive activities, and plenty of laughs.

Followed by the Conference Dinner — TIB community awards, good food, and a relaxed night with your crew.

FRIday 23rd October

Conference Day 2

8:30am – 4:30pm

Growth, communication, sales, marketing, leadership, and the strategies that help move a business forward.

Rounding out with the legendary TIB Annual Pool Comp.

SATURday 24TH October

Social Day Out with Nic

This conference is built for TIB members and Tradiepreneur community members. This year we’ve also opened the doors to a select number of friends of Tradiepreneurs.

A special dinner on the evening of Wednesday 21st October for long-term members and invited guests. Invites are extended separately.

On Saturday 24th October, you can join Nic for a relaxed group day in Swan Valley. Return transport, wine tastings, gourmet food tastings, a group lunch with a drink, and afternoon snacks are all included.

Absolutely. Many members use conference week as a chance to bring their partner or family along, and the Social Day on Saturday is family-friendly. If you’re interested in childcare during conference days, we asked about this on the registration form and will be in touch if we’re able to arrange it.
